Owner/partner answers needed. For the partner meeting, the full list is on Meeting: questions before we start. When answered: move the answer into the relevant doc or decisions.md, then delete it here.

Blocking (Phase 0)

1. Therapists: who, what qualifications (Swiss or foreign), work permits?
2. Budget: setup budget, and monthly marketing budget per season.
3. Luskine Body Pro: before purchase, get the signed regulatory statement (all fields filled in), the EU Declaration of Conformity, the user manual with the contraindications, and the training certificate. Keep them in the private notes.
4. Canton of Bern: which rules apply to a beauty institute (hygiene, registration)? [verify] with the Gemeinde Saanen.
5. Client questionnaire: a short form before the first session to check the contraindications (e.g. pregnancy, thrombosis, recent surgery, skin infections).

Later

1. Booking tool: SaaS or custom? Recommendation: SaaS at launch, see Booking tool: buy or build?. Partners to confirm, and to choose the tool.
2. Opening hours and seasonal closures?
3. Gift vouchers at launch?
